Quotation Policy

This policy applies to all quotation requests submitted to Scion Aviation.

1.  Initial quotation: Scion Aviation will provide one initial quotation at no charge, based on the RFQ information and supporting documentation provided at the time of review.

2.    Revised quotations / rebids: Requests for revised quotations or rebids - including those requested during an active project - may require a purchase order (PO) to cover additional engineering time and quoting effort.

3.    Basis of quotation: Quotations are prepared using the stated scope, specifications, quantities, schedule assumptions, and technical data provided. Any changes to these inputs (including new or revised components, updated CAD/drawings, specification changes, quantity changes, or schedule changes) may require a revised quotation.

4.    Lead time: Quotation lead time and any applicable charges are dependent on the completeness and stability of the information provided.

5. Quote validity: Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 days.
